Make an Online Motor Claim

Start your claim for compensation by completing the claim form online then simply print out the details, sign and send off to us.

When you generate your PDF Claim Form, a copy will automatically be sent to us so that if you have any questions regarding the form, simply give us a call and we will be able to help.

The form is split down into 9 short sections and although you don't need to complete all fields, it will help if you have the following information to hand:

  • Details of the vehicle you were in/on
  • Details of the accident - dates, crime reference number, witness details
  • Details of the person you blame and their insurance details
  • Your employment details
  • Your Medical Records
  • Details of financial losses

Remember, you don't need to fill everything in today - the important thing is to start your claim today. We can always call you if you miss any important sections.

You can complete the form in any order and can come back to sections if required. Once you have completed as much as you can, click on the 'Generate PDF' button towards the bottom of the page - you will then be able to print off a copy of the claim form as a PDF.
